Accessibility
We want Orbinly to be usable by as many people as possible, including people who use assistive technology.
1. Our goal
We aim to make Orbinly’s marketing site, admin area and client portals conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA. We build with semantic HTML, labelled form fields, keyboard-friendly controls and visible focus, and we check new work for these as we build it.
2. Where we are
We have not yet had an independent accessibility audit, so we do not claim full conformance. Known areas that need more work:
- some charts and data views may be hard to use with a screen reader;
- files that customers upload, and PDFs generated from them, may not be accessible, and we do not control their content;
- third-party tools that customers embed in their portals, and Stripe’s payment pages, have their own accessibility, which we cannot change.
Workspace owners choose their own brand colours, which can affect contrast in their portals. We encourage them to pick colours with enough contrast.
3. Tell us about a problem
If something on Orbinly is hard or impossible for you to use, email hello@orbinly.com with the page, what you were trying to do and the assistive technology you use. We will reply as soon as we can, try to give you another way to do what you needed in the meantime, and use what we learn to improve.
