A client is a company or person record in your CRM. The people at that company who sign in to your portal are its contacts, and you can add as many as you need at no extra cost. Your own team members are counted separately as team seats.

Most features, like Tasks, Time tracking, Help desk, Forms, Automations and the Service packages storefront, are apps you turn on from the App Library. Every plan can use every app. Your plan sets how many you can have on at once, and Messaging and your homepage are always on and never count. Turning an app off frees up its slot.

Yes, plan changes are self-serve. Upgrades take effect immediately with a prorated charge. Downgrades and cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period, and to downgrade your usage needs to fit the lower plan's limits first (for example, no more clients than it allows). No contracts and no cancellation fees.
