Cookie Notice

Orbinly uses only the cookies and browser storage it needs to work. We do not use advertising, tracking or analytics cookies.

1. What we use

Cookies are small text files a website stores in your browser. Because we only use cookies that are strictly necessary to provide a service you asked for, such as keeping you signed in, we do not show a cookie banner. The law does not require your consent for these.

NameWhat it doesHow long
sb-…-auth-tokenKeeps you signed in (set by our sign-in provider, Supabase). Without it you would have to log in on every pageWhile you are signed in, and refreshed as you use the Service

2. Browser storage

The admin area also stores small preferences in your browser’s local storage, such as dismissing the Get started panel, which notifications you have seen and how you arranged board columns. This stays in your browser and is not used to track you. You can clear it from your browser settings.

3. Third parties

When you pay by card, Stripe’s pages may set their own cookies under Stripe’s cookie policy. If a workspace owner embeds a third-party tool in a client portal, that tool may set its own cookies, which are the workspace owner’s choice and are governed by that tool’s own policy.

4. Controlling cookies

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, but if you block the sign-in cookie you will not be able to use the signed-in parts of Orbinly. We will update this page, and ask for consent where the law requires it, before we add any cookie that is not strictly necessary.
