The Integrations app puts tools your clients already use inside their portal, under an Integrations tab. Owners and admins manage it.

Adding a tool

   Open Integrations and choose Add integration

   Pick from the gallery, or choose Your own tool.

   Paste its link

   Orbinly fills in the name and details for you. You can edit the name and description clients will see.

   Save

   It appears in every client's portal.

The gallery

Ready-made options include Calendly, Cal.com, Google Calendar, HubSpot Meetings, Typeform, Jotform, Google Forms, YouTube, Vimeo, Loom and Airtable. Pasting a normal share link is usually enough.

Your own tool

Any web page that can be shown in a frame works. You can let it verify who is looking at it: Orbinly adds a short-lived, signed token that your tool's server can check, naming the agency, client and contact.

• Copy the signing secret when it's shown and give it to whoever builds the tool. It's shown only once.
• Tell this tool who is viewing it controls whether the client's name and email are shared. It's switched off for gallery tools, which receive just the plain link by default, and on by default for tools you build (you can turn it off).
