If you deliver similar work repeatedly (a website build, a brand identity, a monthly retainer), set the structure up once as a template. Add the Project Templates app to use them.

   Open Templates and create one

   Give it a name and an optional description.

   Add the tasks

   List the tasks every project of this kind needs, in order.

   Start a project from it

   When you create a new project, pick the template under Start from template. The tasks are created for you.
