What your clients see
A tour of the client portal, and how it adapts to the apps you've turned on.
Each client signs in to a portal with your logo, colors and address, never Orbinly's. They see only their own company's information. Nothing from any other client is ever visible.
The pages
The portal's menu shows only the apps you've added, so it grows as your workspace does.

| Overview | See their stats, active projects, recent activity and anything needing attention. They can rearrange it to suit them. |
| Projects | Follow tasks, milestones and progress. |
| Proposals / Contracts | Review and sign. |
| Invoices | View and pay invoices. |
| Doc Requests / Forms | Upload what you've asked for and fill in your forms. |
| Messages | Chat with your team, per project. |
| Files | Download and upload files, comment on them, approve them. |
| Resources / Help Center | Browse your library and knowledge base. |
| Help Desk | Open and follow support tickets. |
| Packages | Buy your service packages. |
| Calendar | See deadlines and events, and RSVP. |
| Integrations | Use the tools you've embedded. |
| Team | Shown to the client's owner contact, to invite colleagues. |
Making it theirs, and yours
- Add your logo and colors in Branding.
- Write a welcome page for the top of the Overview.
- Hide tools from specific clients with client tags.
- Serve it from your own domain.
- Choose how clients sign in and what emails they get.
Free and Starter portals show a small "Powered by Orbinly · Privacy" footer. It's removed on Professional and above.
Open the client portal from Branding → View portal to see it exactly as a client would.
