Agency settings
Your agency name, website, support email, and what to do if you need to close the account.
Settings → General holds the details that identify your agency. Only owners and admins can edit them.
- Agency name: shown to clients in the portal and on emails.
- Website: your public site.
- Support email: shown to clients in the portal footer, so they know where to send questions.
Closing your account
The General page has a Danger zone. Deleting an agency permanently removes its clients, projects, invoices and files, so it isn't a one-click action. To close your account, contact support from the owner's email address.
Before closing, export your data, and cancel or downgrade your plan so you aren't billed again. See Cancelling your plan.
