Custom domain not verifying

DNS records, propagation and the most common mistakes.

  1. Open Settings → Branding → Portal URL and compare the record shown with what's at your DNS provider. They should match exactly.
  2. Add the record at the provider that actually hosts your DNS (your registrar, or Cloudflare, or Vercel, depending on your setup).
  3. Don't add extra characters or your root domain twice, such as portal.youragency.com.youragency.com.
  4. Wait. DNS can take a few minutes to a few hours. Press Check status; Orbinly also re-checks every day.
  5. If it still fails, remove the domain and add it again to get fresh instructions.
Custom domains need the Professional plan or above.
