Your data and leaving Orbinly

How to take your data with you, and what happens to it after you cancel.

Your data is yours. You can take a copy at any time.

  • Self-serve: the Export Data app downloads your clients, contacts, projects, tasks and invoices as CSV. See Exporting your data.
  • Everything else (including files): contact support and we'll help you with a full export.
  • After you cancel, your data is kept for 30 days so you can export, then permanently deleted.
Deleting a client inside Orbinly is permanent too. See Archiving and deleting clients.
