Not every client needs every tool. On Professional and above, you can hide apps from specific clients.

   Create a tag

   On any client's page, open Tags → Manage → New tag.

   Choose which tools to hide

   Tick the portal tools clients with this tag shouldn't have.

   Tag the clients

   Everyone with that tag loses those tools.

• A hidden tool is fully inaccessible, not just removed from the menu.
• Only client-facing apps can be hidden (your internal tools like Tasks and Analytics were never visible to clients).
• Changing the tag changes it for every tagged client at once.
