Health information and Orbinly

Orbinly isn't designed for protected health information.

Orbinly is a client-portal platform for freelancers and agencies. It is not designed for protected health information (PHI) or other regulated health data, and we make no claim that it meets HIPAA requirements.

  • Don't upload, message or store patient or other regulated health information in Orbinly.
  • We don't sign Business Associate Agreements (BAAs).
  • If your work involves health data, use a service that offers a BAA.
