Proposals

Send a proposal your client can review and accept online, and know the moment they respond.

Add the Proposals app to pitch new work and get a clear yes or no in the portal, with no separate e-signature tool.

Creating and sending one

  1. 1

    Choose New Proposal

Pick the client, and optionally a project.

  2. 2

    Write it

Give it a title, an optional value and currency, a valid until date, and the proposal content: scope, deliverables, timeline and terms.

  3. 3

    Send it

The client gets a branded email and sees the proposal in their portal's Proposals page. Opening it marks it as viewed.

What clients can do

  • Read the proposal in their portal.
  • Accept or reject it, typing their full name as their electronic signature. See How e-signatures work.
  • Add an optional note for you, such as a question or a requested change.

With the AI Assistant on, you can ask for a first draft of a proposal and edit it before sending. See The AI Assistant.
