The App Library
Turn optional apps on or off, and see how your plan's app limit works.
Orbinly is made of apps. Instead of showing you every tool at once, you start with a clean workspace and add the apps you actually use from the App Library (the + next to Apps in the sidebar).
Adding and removing apps

Open the App Library
Browse by category, or look at Recommended for you.

Preview an app
Open an app's card to see what it does, who uses it (your team, your clients, or both), what it connects to and any setup it needs.

Press Add App
It appears in your sidebar, and, for client-facing apps, in your clients' portals.

Remove it any time
Removing an app hides it from the sidebar and from client portals. It doesn't delete your data, so adding it back restores everything.

Your plan's app limit
Each plan includes a number of apps: 3 on Free, 5 on Starter, 8 on Professional, and unlimited on Advanced and Enterprise. Messages and the Client Portal page are always included and never count toward the limit.
