Your clients never see Orbinly's branding on their portal (apart from a small "Powered by Orbinly" footer on Free and Starter). They see your logo, your colors and your address.

Your portal address

You pick it when you sign up: yourslug.orbinly.com. On the Professional plan and above you can replace it with your own domain (for example portal.youragency.com). See Custom domains.

Logo and colors

Open Settings → Branding. This page is available on the Professional plan and above; on lower plans you'll see an upgrade card instead.

• Logo: paste a public image URL (PNG, SVG or WebP works best). It appears in the portal navigation and in client emails.
• Primary color: used for buttons, active navigation and accents.
• Accent color: used for progress bars and secondary highlights.
• Quick presets give you a starting palette; type any hex code (like #111111) to fine-tune.

A live preview shows your portal on desktop and mobile as you change things. Nothing goes live until you press Save branding; an unsaved-changes notice reminds you.

What else carries your brand

• Emails to your clients (invites, invoices, reminders) use your agency name and logo. With a custom sending domain they can come from your own address.
• The welcome page at the top of the portal overview is yours to write.
• Your support email (Settings → General) is shown to clients in the portal footer.
