On the Professional plan and above you can replace yourslug.orbinly.com with a domain you own, fully white-labeled, with the Orbinly badge removed.

   Open Settings → Branding

   Find Portal URL, which shows your current address.

   Enter your domain

   Use a subdomain you control, like portal.youragency.com.

   Add the DNS record

   Orbinly shows the record to add at your domain registrar or DNS provider. Add it exactly as shown.

   Check status

   Press Check status once the record is in place. Orbinly also re-checks automatically every day.

   Done

   When it shows Verified, your portal is served from your domain, with a secure certificate set up for you.

• DNS changes can take anywhere from a few minutes to a few hours to spread.
• If it shows Not verified yet, wait a little and check again. See Custom domain not verifying.
• You can remove the domain at any time to go back to your orbinly.com address.
