Revenue, invoices and project status across all your clients.
Add the Analytics app from the App Library for a read-only view of how the business is doing, covering the last 12 months.
What you'll see
- Summary numbers: revenue collected, outstanding balance, total invoices and total projects.
- Monthly Revenue: a bar chart of paid invoices by month.
- Invoice Status Breakdown: how many invoices are paid, sent, overdue and so on.
- Project Status: how many projects are active, paused, completed or archived.
- Top Clients by Revenue: your best clients, with their invoice counts and revenue.
Analytics counts paid invoices as revenue. If a number looks low, check that finished invoices are marked paid. Online payments update automatically; payments received another way need Mark paid.
