Channels

• Create a channel with a name (like clients or watercooler) and a description. Every staff member can join in.
• Post messages and delete ones you no longer want. Unread counts stay in sync across your devices.
• Archive a channel you've finished with, and restore it later if you need it.

Announcements

Use Announcements for things everyone needs to see, like a policy change or a holiday closure. Post a title and a message; edit or delete it later.
