Service packages
Sell fixed-price services from a storefront inside your client portal.
The Packages app is a storefront in your portal. Clients browse what you offer and buy directly, with no back-and-forth.
Creating a package
- A name and description.
- Features, one per line, shown as a checklist.
- A price and currency.
- Billing: One-time or Recurring.
- Published: only published packages are visible in the portal.
Buying
Clients open Packages in their portal and buy on the spot with a real Stripe charge. Recurring packages renew by charging the card the client has saved.
Recurring packages need Stripe connected (see Getting paid with Stripe). If a client has no saved card yet, they're asked to add one first.
Productize your most common work (a logo package, a monthly SEO retainer) so clients can say yes without a proposal.
